Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as rothous is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment only

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead
